Pool Technician Position 

A well established swimming pool service company is hiring an experienced swimming pool service technician that will provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Duties will include performing pool equipment maintenance and coordination of other warranty types as well as weekly and biweekly pool service.


Requirements:

CPO Certification or the ability to obtain one

Clean driving record.  

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Pool Service: 2 years

Drivers License

This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team

They will be a self starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance.

This is a year round full time position

Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week

The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week

The ability to utilize a smart phone for our mobile platform

The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office

Bonus Potential:This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year
